Homebrew Website Club is an online Zoom for designing, building, discussing, and having fun with our personal websites.

Have a personal website? Been thinking of making one and need help getting started? Curious about how to take ownership of your content from big platforms? If you answered "yes" to any of the questions above, this is the meetup for you!

Our discussions weave between design, HTML and CSS, taking control of your online identity, owning your content, and more! There is also time for chit chat! No matter your experience -- whether you're a hobbyist curious about this "indieweb" thing or a professional personal looking to make a home on the web for your work -- join us!

This meetup will be held from 6pm to 8pm US Eastern Time.

We take notes during the meeting which will later be archived on the IndieWeb wiki (https://indieweb.org/).

This meetup is held in English, but some parts of the wiki have been translated into other languages.
